These Terms of Use govern access to Positive Singles South Africa and any member features or connected services made available through this website. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

4. Member content

You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display and technically adapt that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where continued retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for safety and dispute records.

5. Privacy and sensitive information

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Think carefully before sharing health information, contact details or other sensitive information. Other members control what they do with information you voluntarily send to them.

6. Safety

We cannot verify every statement made by every member and do not conduct guaranteed identity or background checks unless explicitly stated for a specific feature. Use good judgment, keep early conversations on the platform, protect financial information and take appropriate precautions before meeting anyone in person. Report concerning conduct through the available safety or support tools.

7. Health information

Website content and member communications are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult an appropriately qualified health professional about testing, treatment, disclosure and safer personal decisions. Never rely on another member's profile as proof of current health status.

8. Payments and subscriptions

If paid features are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation method should be displayed before purchase. Payment processing may be handled by an external provider. Additional payment terms presented at checkout form part of these Terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. External links and services

The website may link to services operated by others. We do not control their availability, content, privacy practices or terms. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the external service.

10. Intellectual property

The website design, original text, graphics, software and other materials supplied by us are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Except where law permits otherwise, you may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit those materials without written permission.
